  • What features are being eliminated or changed?

The following features are being retired or updated with CHS Connect:

    • Fax as a delivery method – This will no longer be available.
    • Zero-dollar EFT draft notices and EFT roll forward credit process – With the new Energy EFT process, open credit memos that exceed the invoice or debit amount will no longer create a “roll forward credit.” EFT drafts will only occur when the invoice amount due exceeds any open credits. Zero-dollar EFT draft notices will also be eliminated.
    • Month-end AR Statements in eDocs – Statements will no longer appear in eDocs as of launch. Customers can request them via email or paper mail.
    • Propane contract setting changes – Customers will no longer be able to switch contracts from bridgeable to unbridgeable. (Bridgeable contracts allow pulls from any terminal; non-bridgeable contracts restrict pulls to specific terminals.)
